Nadia's tip on how to fast!
It all starts at night..
1.Break Fast eat rice.
if can with other stuff...
rice is filling and last long in your stomach.
2. Sahur time must also eat rice.
not bread or cereal only..
3. Drink Milo.
Energy drink..!
4. Dont forget mineral water at least 2 glass
, so you feel hydrated all day
ur lips wont crack
& Milo can make you thirsty
5. eat fruits
Lots of water in it, and you wont get constipation
hehe.
6.Repeat from step 1.
your stomach will growl a bit in the
end, near to breaking fast
well have to suffer thats what fasting all about
